For the next 8 Mondays, I will be uploading a picture of myself...semi-nude...along with the details of my weight and body fat percentage...
Along with those pictures...and details...i will also be adding on a daily basis what I have been eating, how many hours of sleep per night have I been getting, and the details of my exercise program that day.
The reasons I will be sharing these details are as follows:
1 - Providing a global public visible method to make myself accountable for my own health, looks, appearances.
2 - Providing others in my current situation some hope that they can change...( the devil is in the detail )
